Who Eduard works with

Insurance advice built around real life.

Everyone’s situation is different. The first step is to work out what would cause the biggest financial problem if something went wrong.

Families and homebuyers

Protecting the household when income, health or major life events change.

  • Life and health cover
  • Income protection and trauma cover
  • Reviewing existing policies

A family has a mortgage, children and several policies taken out at different times. The useful first step is to identify the financial risks that matter most, then check whether the existing cover still fits.

Protect the people behind the mortgage

A family with a mortgage and children wants to know whether the cover already in place would keep the household stable if illness, disability or death reduced income. The review starts with the likely shortfall, then checks whether the existing policies still match the family’s needs.

Business owners

Personal and business risks often overlap, especially when the business depends on key people.

  • Life, disability and income risks
  • Fire and general insurance
  • Policy reviews and claims support

A business owner wants to know what happens if illness, injury or another major event interrupts work. The conversation starts with the financial impact, then looks at the cover and cash buffer already in place.

Protect the business as well as the household

A business owner depends heavily on their ability to work. The review looks at household income, business commitments, property risks and existing insurance, then separates the risks that need personal cover from those that need fire and general protection.

Insurance advice

Start with the risk. Then choose the protection.

Eduard advises on insurance. He starts by understanding the risk and the financial impact, then works through the cover and policy terms with you.

Life insuranceFinancial protection for the people who depend on you.

Work through debts, family commitments and the financial gap that could be left behind if you die.

Health insurancePrivate health cover that matches your priorities and budget.

Review the role of private health insurance, the level of cover and the trade-offs between benefits, exclusions, excesses and premium cost.

Income protection, disability & traumaCover for major health events that can interrupt earning or change day-to-day life.

Look at the income and costs that still need to be met if illness or disability affects your ability to work, then review the policy structure and key terms.

Fire & general insuranceProtection for property and other insurable assets.

MFSS provides advice across fire and general insurance as well as personal risk cover. The right scope depends on what you own and the risks you need to manage.

Policy reviewsCheck whether existing cover still fits your life and priorities.

A review is about understanding what you already have, why it is there and whether there are meaningful gaps or overlaps.

Claims supportSupport when the policy actually needs to do its job.

Help does not stop once cover is in place. Eduard and the MFSS / SHARE team stay involved with ongoing advice, reviews and claims support.

Ongoing service

Advice should still be useful after the policy starts.

Getting the policy in place is not the end of the job. Cover needs reviewing as life changes, and claims need support when something happens.

Common questions

Questions worth asking before you choose cover.

A few useful points to know before you contact Eduard.

What areas of insurance can Eduard help with?

Eduard advises on fire and general insurance, as well as life, disability, trauma and private health cover. The exact mix depends on your circumstances, priorities and budget.

Can you review cover I already have?

Yes. A review starts with what you already hold, what the policy is intended to protect and whether the cover still fits your current circumstances. A change should have a clear reason.

Do you charge a fee?

Fees are not usually charged for financial advice. If a fee applies in specific circumstances, it is agreed with you in advance. SHARE and its advisers may also receive commissions from product providers; full details are available in the SHARE disclosure.

Where is Eduard based?

Eduard is based at 25 Mantra Road, Massey, Auckland 0614. You can contact him on 09 473 0880 or 0278 251 283 to arrange a discussion or appointment.

What happens if I need to claim?

If you need to claim, Eduard and the MFSS / SHARE team can help you through the process and work with the insurer where appropriate. That support is part of the ongoing service.
